Simply warm in the microwave (500-750w = 90 seconds/ 800-1000w = 60 seconds) and away to bed you go!&nbsp; Remove and heat only the inner case. Make sure that microwave turntable is able to rotate freely and is clean from grease or anything which may cause burning. Make sure the filling inside is evenly distributed to avoid ‘ hot spots’ while heating. Respect the given time of heating and Wattage. Use only under adult supervision when heated.
